Marhaban-center is a meeting place for people from different cultures, in the heart of Kaleva. Marhaban is a living room, where you can be inspired, chill out or meet people. Everyone is welcome!

  • Women’s hours’ on Thursday at 11-13. Free.

Christian community mainly for Arabs

In Christian community mainly for Arabs study the bible, pray and do things together. We see each other twice a week, on saturdays in the group meeting and on sundays in the church service.

Religious services


Uusi Verso hosts church services every Sunday in either Pispala Church or Hervanta Church. Both services are held in Finnish, but translation into English is provided on site. Services at Pispala start at 5 pm and they are held on uneven weeks. Services at Hervanta start at  5 pm and are held on even weeks.

English Service

ICCK (The International Congregation of Christ the King, Tampere) is a ecumenical, English speaking, multicultural congregation. The ICCK English Service is arranged in the cooperation between the Tampere Lutheran Parishes and the Anglican Church of Finland.
