Ordering an official certificate

This service can be used to order the following official certificates:

a life certificate for yourself if you are a member in a parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland (if you are not a member, please contact the Digital and Population Data Services Agency)
a certificate in the form of a report on family relationships for a deceased person.

Ordering a certificate always requires an approved purpose, e.g. an estate inventory.

If you cannot use the online service for any reason, you can order a certificate by contacting the Regional Central Registry of Tampere either

by email keskusrekisteri.tampere@evl.fi (please note that the connection is unprotected) or
by telephone +358 3 2190 700 (Mon-Fri 9–15).
