Ordering an official certificate
This service can be used to order the following official certificates:
- a life certificate for yourself if you are a member in a parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland (if you are not a member, please contact the Digital and Population Data Services Agency)
- a certificate in the form of a report on family relationships for a deceased person.
Ordering a certificate always requires an approved purpose, e.g. an estate inventory.
NOTE! Genealogy orders cannot be placed in this service. For genealogy orders, click here for more information.
If you cannot use the online service for any reason, you can order a certificate by contacting the Regional Central Registry of Tampere either
- by email keskusrekisteri.tampere@evl.fi (please note that the connection is unprotected) or
- by telephone +358 3 2190 700 (Mon-Fri 9–15).
